45ml Gallivanter Gin
Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water
Add gin to rocks glass. Fill with ice and add Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water. Garnish with a lemon twist.
GALLIVANTER GIN NEGRONI
30ml Gallivanter Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet Vermouth
Add all ingredients into a rocks glass. Fill with ice and stir until dilution occurs. Garnish with an orange slice or peel.
GALLIVANTER GIN MARTINI
60ml Gallivanter Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
Add gin and vermouth to a strirring glass (or cocktail shaker base). Fill with ice and stir until very cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
